MOU ON COLLABORATION B/W ACA PACIFIC, CONTEC & SGTECH IN IOT, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & SUSTAINIBILITY

ACA Pacific Technology (S) Pte Ltd signed an agreement with Contec Inc., and SGTech to support and accelerate the adoption IoT, digitisation and sustainability solutions in the ASEAN region.

The signing ceremony was held in conjunction with SGTech’s Digital Transformation for Small and Medium Enterprises (DT-SME) programme, held at Marina Bay Sands on 31 October 2023.

The areas of collaboration include the following:

1. Facilitate and accelerate digital transformation via the SGTech DT-SME programme.
2. Organise exclusive roundtable / networking activities with leading Chief Sustainability Officer (CSOs) to showcase CONTEC/ACA’s capabilities in sustainable solutions.
3. Organise fireside chats and dialogue sessions with 300 industry leaders to drive thought leadership and facilitate partnerships.
4. Create 1000 jobs by building a pipeline of talents for the ecosystem including management of programmes to facilitate the reskilling/upskilling of 500 professionals and the placement of 500 interns or apprentices.

CONTEC will be contributing its deep engineering tools, technology, knowledge, and resources to support digital transformation initiatives through SGTech’s DT-SME programme, over verticals like smart cities, build sector, manufacturing, data centres, smart farms, medical, logistics, environment, etc. The solutions include its Intelligent IoT Gateway with built-in applications, 2000 types of sensors, edge AI / Data Analytics, industrial PCs with GPUs, predictive preventive systems, energy optimisation, EV chargers, etc.
